However, members receive unlimited access to 49,000+ cross-curricular educational resources, including interactive activities, clipart, and abctools custom worksheet generators. 
  3. Adapted Mind – https://www.adaptedmind.com/ – Research-based and comprehensive with over 300,000 math problems and explanations. But, even better, students will feel like they are playing a game. It’s easy to see progress since the reports are simple, intuitive and actionable.
  4. Aleks – https://www.mheducation.com/prek-12/program/microsites/MKTSP-GAB02M0/math.html – An online math assessment and adaptive learning program for grades 3–12 that helps students review and successfully master the skills needed to meet critical mathematical benchmarks and standards. 
  5. Assistments – https://new.assistments.org/ – A free tool for assigning and assessing Gr. 2-12 math problems and homework. Teachers can select and assign problem sets from other providers or various textbook curricula/assessments. Questions range from Skill Builders to Problem Sets to Exit Tickets, and all work can be assigned through Canvas or Google Classroom. Once they get an assignment, students can complete it at their own pace with the help of hints, multiple chances and immediate feedback. Teachers get instant results broken down by individual student or for the whole class.
  6. A to Z Teacher Stuff – http://atozteacherstuff.com/Themes/Math/ – A selection of math worksheets for K – 8 math classes but the resources are limited and don’t necessarily have all math strands.
  7. BBC Bitesize (Maths) – https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/subjects/z826n39 and https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/subjects/zv7dcqt – Simple-to-follow lessons and videos for pupils aged 4 to 14. Catch up or keep learning with short films, quizzes and practice activities that deliver key topics in the classroom or at home.
  8. ClassK12 – https://www.classk12.com/ – At the time of adding this website, it was free for teachers but there is some indication that may be “free to try” in the future. It’s pretty straightforward and easy to use. Adjust the difficulty level to match student performance. Real-time feedback and performance reports. K-6 students can practice before they “play” in whatever assignment given. Worksheets are also provided.
  9. Common Core Sheets – https://www.commoncoresheets.com/ – Math worksheets for just about all math strands. Options can be chosen and it can be downloaded as a PDF. In some case, there is a distance learning option as well. Good for planning lessons, review, and independent work. 
  10. Cool Math and CoolMath4Kids – https://www.coolmath.com/ and https://www.coolmath4kids.com/ – CoolMath4Kids is aimed at K-5 students with some math games, lessons in basic operations or fractions, neat manipulatives and brain teasers. (Check out the “more” section for a couple of cool items that are likely overlooked most of the time.) Cool Math is aimed at grades 6-12 students offering info on addition, geometry, and other math concepts. Check out algebraic property definitions, learn multiplication tricks, or test out the online graphing calculator.
  11. Core Knowledge Mathematics (CK Math) – https://www.coreknowledge.org/curriculum/mathematics/ – Based upon the highly-rated Illustrative Math and Open Up Resources OER curriculum, this offers Grade 6-8 students the opportunity to develop conceptual understanding and procedural fluency while they work with an adult to apply math in the real world.
  12. Dad’s Worksheets – https://www.dadsworksheets.com/ – Despite a few pesky ads to contend with, this website is excellent for any educator needing to provide worksheets in a pinch. It is an extensive selection of math for K – 6 students in all the strands. There are some great calculators available too.
  13. Delta Math – https://www.deltamath.com/ – Use the Grade 6-12 modules to create high-leverage assignments and track student learning. The free account option allows unlimited assignments and student practice (with more than 1800 problem types), autograding, detailed student data, evidence of student progress and cheat prevention tools. The Plus account provides even more options with a subscription.
  14. Doodle Learning – https://doodlelearning.com/for-schools – An interactive and adaptive learning program for strengthening math skills. Initially, students take a diagnostic assessment quiz. The data helps when generating “4/5/6/7 a Day” practice questions. There’s a toolkit for selected questions with useful items like protractors and rulers. As students correctly answer questions and play games, they earn stars that can be exchanged to build customizable cartoon robots.

The assessment and revision Journal tools are perfect for pinpointing and addressing learning gaps. It will serve as a private math tutor and math help for children.  Videos cover various math topics from learning to count to solving algebra problems. Children will learn to solve specific math problems.
  30. Knowledgehook – https://www.knowledgehook.com/ – An interactive math assessment tool for gr. 3-12 students. The practice tests and assessments, called “Gameshows”, include settings that allow teachers to award students for time achievements, create a class leaderboard, show benchmarks and allow students to upload pictures of their work. A basic report shows which students have completed Gameshows and how many questions they got correct. Note: The premium version provides more benefits for a fee.

Use it to preview concepts in upcoming units. Help students visualize real-world applications for what they’re learning. More than 250,000 students participate or use the resources each year.   36. MathHelp.com – Developed new lessons, continuously, and adapted its lessons to the latest delivery platforms and expanded its offerings. It now offers comprehensive tutoring covering 5th grade math to Algebra 2, math test prep courses as well as complete homeschooling math courses. This is a paid program for students needing extra practice at home – teachers interested need to contact the website to inquire.

Using cutting-edge technology and an innovative new curriculum, the aim is to make learning mathematics more active, personalised and fun. The content is split into many small sections, and students have to actively participate at every step before the next one is revealed: by solving problems, exploring simulations, finding patterns and drawing conclusions.

Packed here are workbooks for grades K-8, teaching resources and high school worksheets with accurate answer keys and free sample printables.

Each grade has 48 math courses that can be followed randomly or by a suggested route on the interactive map. A list view option has been provided to make it easier to find specific math topics.

The Print tools  allow you to create, adapt and share teaching resources for a wide-range of abilities.
  68. Sketchometry – https://sketchometry.org/en/index.html – Absolutely LOVE this tool for geometry! It can be used on the SmartBoard, computer, tablet or smartphone. It is not only great for teachers to present geomtry concepts but students can explore on their own and compare with neighbours. A “must have bookmarked” for math class.
  69. SoftSchools – https://www.softschools.com/math/ – Although it is a K – 12 website, this section provides information about math concepts and tips as well as games and worksheets for K – 8 students. There are ads that pop up on some pages.
  70. SplashLearn – https://www.splashlearn.com/ – Long-term learning goals with a Daily Learning Path unique to each K-5 child. From engaging games to interactive playsheets, there’s something for everyone. Become aware with trackable reports and watch the progress daily.
  71. ST Math – https://www.stmath.com/ – It’s unique, patented approach provides students with equitable access to learning through challenging puzzles, non-routine problem solving, and informative feedback. Note: Licenses can be purchased by schools only. Homeschool teachers can access website for free until June 30th, 2022 here.
  72. Study Jams (Scholastic) – https://studyjams.scholastic.com/studyjams/jams/math/index.htm – A place for grades 3-6 students to learn, review, and practice math topics. Engaging videos, songs, slide shows, karaoke songs, and quizzes cover a range of skills.

Sumdog – https://www.sumdog.com/en/ – The free option is limited with six math games , a free diagnostic tool, adaptive questions tailored to each child’s level, personalised practice for times tables and a heatmap report of results to easily identify gaps. The free tier allows two self-paced units, access to the lesson library (but cannot copy, edit or share), reporting features, google classroom integration and online support. There are more features available to subscribers as well as access to the Escape Rooms and Math Jam.

  96. Wowzers – https://wowzers.com/ – An interactive, adaptive math program that provides students opportunities to learn, practice, and apply new concepts. Each session is organized in a traditional workshop model. Start with a pre-assessment and follow with a lesson, practice, games/quests and the final quiz. Remediation steps are provided for students that struggle with a concept.

Materials, data, and support for daily math, all in one place. Over 800 digital lessons where kids independently learn and practice the same concepts they are learning in the classroom.
  98. Zorbit’s Math – https://zorbitsmath.com/ – In-game experiences are supported by a library of hands-on Classroom Resources that are adaptable, playful, and classroom-tested. Craft targeted assignments and use specific activity recommendations to help close gaps, cement strengths and promote a growth mindset.  Zorbit’s Math is for K-3 students and Mathstoria is the 4-6 program starting in 2021.
